| CANCELLATION A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. If reservations are cancelled A $50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit. The balance of the deposit is fully refundable if the house can be rebooked. If not, a charge of 100% of the deposit will be assessed. |
