  • EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT BY ARRANGEMENT AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE
All rates are for four persons. Add $30.00 per additional person up to three guests. Add 9% for local bed tax. Cash, check or Paypal only.
CANCELLATION A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. If reservations are cancelled A $50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit. The balance of the deposit is fully refundable if the house can be rebooked. If not, a charge of 100% of the deposit will be assessed.
