If you are like my wife and I, for us, travel can be spontaneous and we always appreciate a good deal. So we decided some incentives would be appropriate for like-minded, spur of the moment travelers like ourselves. Here is our offer to you: If the house is available and you book within 7 days of your first night and you are willing to stay at least 3 nights, we’ll give you a 25% discount (20% if you decide to pay by credit card). Your stay must include either a Friday night or a Saturday night, or both, but can be either before or after a weekend. If the house is available, you can stay as long as you want. This offer is valid for four guests with additional guests charged at $30.00 per night, less 25%. The maximum number of guests permitted is 6 total. This offer does not include taxes or the refundable security/cleaning deposit. What? There's only two of you? Lower impact means lower rates, so give us a call to find out what we can do for you.
